First day back.

OK. So today was the first day back of school, i had planned to get up semi-early and get to school at a reasonable time for once in my life. And my intentions were all there, honestly.
-I ironed all my clothes last night
-Packed my lunch
-Made sure i had all the relevant booklets for all
-Found my calculator
And well, lets face it. i was like a kindy kid ready for their first day ever!

So this morning i woke up at like 5.30am when dad was leaving to go to work. Feeling quite sleepy i went back to sleep again to shortly wake up to mum yelling my name. Looked at the clock.. and OHHHHHHH MY GOSHHHHHH! its 7.55am. HOLY SHIT! It only takes me, oh you know half an hour to get into school. and school only starts in, umm let me see... 35mins!

My hopes and dreams of having a nice, calm and leisurely time to get ready CRUSHED! I rushed around the house looking for those clothes i had ironed the night before, failing epically i just grabbed crumpled clothes, made my hair look half respectful and rushed out the door. My dog (Rosie) was quite excited to see me so she decided to just lie behind my car and not move until i threw her ball.... oh and of course she came back with it.

Now running very very very late I got into my car and set off to school in hope of making it in time.
-car got stuck because someone drove it in the garage at a funny angle
-got stuck behind an immensely slow truck
-stuck in traffic

i did finally make it to school, after searching for a parking spot the bell rang. Amazing i actually made it to school in time.

Hopefully tomorrow may be a little less chaotic, we'll see.
